Since 2001, our department has successfully assisted the public sector with the implementation of e-management in policy plans. We have conducted in-depth analysis and gained good understandings into various outsourcing projects, engineering projects and others in the public sector. Through our extensive expertise and experience, we offer the public sector a holistic solution. Soil & Water Conservation Bureau – Installation of a short-messaging management platform (2008)

Improve efficiency in the transmission of data within the Fisheries Agency through the short-messaging method. Reliable and accurate information transmission will improve the Agency’s internal communication efficiency and fulfill the needs of volume transmission.

Soil & Water Conservation Bureau – Installation of a news announcement platform (2008)

Transmission of reliable digital information through the announcement platform will improve communication efficiency between the Bureau and the media.

Soil & Water Conservation Bureau – Installation of a news search management platform (2008)

Scan all media publications related to the Bureau using the system’s auto-search function, and send results immediately to managers’ mobile phones to assist them in making informed decision.

Soil & Water Conservation Bureau – Installation of a mobile information management platform and assigned project management system expansion (2008)

This project is aimed at assisting Soil and Water Conservation Bureau in establishing a full mobile management platform, and to integrate the management of Bureau’s short-messages and news articles.

Soil & Water Conservation Bureau – Rural Scenery website promotion and Bacon Control System installation project (2008)

The aim of this project is to put in place the Bacon Control System, in order to streamline operation for various managers which will in turn improve data management efficiency and uniformity for Bacon Project. 

Taiwan Water Corporation – sub-district pipeline network management system installation project (2008)

To enable all TWC’s district offices to provide real time feedbacks on the progress of various sub-district pipeline network projects through the Internet service mechanism.

Appointed by Council of Agriculture –Project & operation management system (2008)
